Supernova Carbon is a modern top touring ski that handles all conditions, from powder to wind-affected snow or crust, in the big mountains or in the forest. A fantastic edge grip means that the skis run extremely well in all conditions. We have equipped our newly constructed skis with flat tail, front rocker, semi-cap construction, paulownia wood core, full carbon layer and carbon-aramid fibers. This resulted in an ultralight ski that is speed stable and easy to turn, even in difficult terrain and weather conditions.
By reducing the length of the back ski and moving the binding backwards, we have created a ski that is faster in turns and will be a more versatile ski. The remarkable length and weight reduction were achieved without compromising functionality. In fact, Supernova's ease of use has been increased with the longer contact edge that allows you to ski shorter than what has previously been considered functional.
